Terms of Use & Legal Notice
Last updated: July 2026
By using LearnDrills.com (the "Site"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Ownership & Copyright
LearnDrills.com is an original work created and maintained by an independent individual (the "Creator"). While the underlying subject matter is drawn from publicly available provincial curricula, the Site's specific selection, organization, categorization, sequencing, and wording of knowledge points into grades, subjects, and units; its overall database structure; its site design, layout, and user interface; and its AI-prompt system for generating, grading, and re-generating practice questions are the original creative and editorial work of the Creator, and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying is not permitted. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, crawl, mirror, republish, redistribute, or create a derivative site, app, dataset, or service based on the structure, organization, design, knowledge-point database, or AI-prompt system of LearnDrills.com, in whole or in part, without the Creator's prior written permission — regardless of whether it is for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
This includes, but is not limited to: copying the Site's visual design or layout; extracting, scraping, or republishing the knowledge-point database or its categorization; and copying or closely imitating the AI-prompt instructions used to generate, grade, or re-generate practice questions.
The Creator actively monitors for unauthorized use of the Site's content and design. Violations may result in takedown requests, formal legal action, and pursuit of all remedies available under applicable copyright and intellectual property law, including in Canada and other jurisdictions.
2. Permitted Use
LearnDrills.com is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial, educational and family use. You may use the Site to generate and complete practice questions for your own children or students. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the Site or its content for any commercial product or service without the Creator's prior written permission.
3. Third-Party AI Tools
LearnDrills.com provides curriculum-based knowledge points and prompt instructions designed to be copied into third-party AI chat tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok) that are operated by companies unrelated to LearnDrills.com. LearnDrills.com is not affiliated with, and does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for, those third-party services, their availability, their output, or any changes they make to their features or policies. Any questions, grading, or explanations generated by a third-party AI tool are the product of that tool, not of LearnDrills.com.
4. Changes to the Site and These Terms
The Creator may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site, and may revise these terms, at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5. Educational Disclaimer
LearnDrills.com is a free supplementary practice tool. It is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Site does not guarantee that its content is free of errors, or that it is perfectly aligned with any specific school, teacher, or curriculum's pacing. Practice questions and grading are generated by third-party AI tools based on the Creator's prompts, and AI-generated content may occasionally contain mistakes.
The Creator makes no representation or warranty regarding any child's learning outcomes, grades, test results, or academic performance from using this Site. LearnDrills.com is not a substitute for professional tutoring, a qualified teacher's instruction, or formal educational assessment, and should be used as a supplementary resource alongside, not instead of, those things.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this Site.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
